The staff is very caring and receptive to feedback.

The architecture leads to long musty hallways.

Location and friendliness in the restaurant

Room was rundown and service was not up to Taj standard. Mini bar was empty, tiny cheap ness coffee potches. Service in the bar was so slowly literally one have to call them for reminding the order. Anyway I am not fussy guy but that this would help to improve the services.

The property is nice

We were given rooms not refurbished but staff attended to our needs well and moved us

We were a family of 4 so we liked all the activities that the kids could engage themselves in while inside the hotel.

It got a little crowded over the weekend, specially breakfast time. They did arrange for extra space and chairs bt it took all the charm from the overall esthetic

Terrible restaurant service. Waited 30 minutes for drink. Food order had to be given 3 times. Bagged breakfast never arrived.

The property lacks maintiance.. water lekage old flooring make it look like avg hotel not the TAJ brand

Lovely spacious room, great breakfast and areas to eat inside and outside.

Last evening became noisy with next door guest and some building work which lasted 6.30 pm

I was having stomach upset on the first day, one of the manager was very helpful and he reached out to me, went in the kitchen n got something prepared for my upset stomach.. this is very nice n totally surprised with this !

TV did not work with apps didnot connect with wifi, despite our request, Check out and check in were slow

The restaurant staff were exceptionally professional- particularly the Restaurant Manager Man Kaji Gurung, Shivani and Grace. The food was good.

I was locked out of my room more than a couple of times. The keys wouldn’t open the door. Got replacements. They used to work ok once then again become bad. That part was frustrating. (My room number was 970- Suite)

My stay at TAJ was absolutely delightful, thanks to the impeccable service and attention to detail. From the exquisite breakfast spread to the delectable dinners, every meal was a culinary journey that exceeded my expectations.Additionally, Housekeeper Bhupinder's talent in towel art was a delightful surprise. Coming back to my room each day to find intricately folded towels shaped into charming animals and decorative designs added a personal touch that truly made me feel welcomed and pampered.The overall experience at TAJ was unforgettable, thanks to the dedicated staff who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to indulge in luxury, exceptional dining, and genuine hospitality.

The Hospitality of the staff

First we were given an average room. Once we complained on how we have booked a special room then we were moved to a better room

Certain old staff except which noting is great about the property.

All the staff have changed as the property is converted as Taj and lost the vivantha tag. New staff are not properly trained and the food is bad, rooms are not fully completed, electrical switch connections are not proper. Toilet flush not functioning properly.

Not enough Toleteries provided in bathroom. Even comb and soap no't provided.

The refurbishment of the foyer. Very tastefully done.

Disappointed that the lounge part was being refurbished so less choice of relaxation area downstairs.

Breakfast and Dinner was good and it was as per the expectation

The lobby area and the other open area along with the swimming pool was compromised

They had a varnish or paint smell outside our room that was really strong and we could not sleep. But I am guessing it was temporary.
